Après les zombies du premier film, les loups-garous du second, on a droit cette fois-ci à des aliens. Là où on était devant deux histoires qui traitaient de s’accepter les uns les autres, celui-ci met plus en avant l’esprit de compétition et l’intégration aussi qui reste le fil conducteur de la trilogie. Si le scénario arrive à mélanger quatre espèces avec les humains, l’intrigue en elle-même est un peu écrite sur un coin de table. Les aliens traquent quelque chose et tout est alors noyé dans un concours de cheerleading oui aucun rapport. Il n’y a rien de réellement captivant ici. La seconde intrigue est la volonté de Zed, le zombie, d’intégrer une université et d’être le premier monstre à accéder aux grandes écoles. C’est donc la touche respecter les différences » mais là où ça aurait pu être un événement majeur du film avec beaucoup d’émotions. En effet, le film n’en propose pas et c’est bien dommage. Si ce n’est sur la fin où on a droit à une séquence assez belle qui marque vraiment la conclusion à la franchise. On retrouve tous les personnages déjà connus et c’est bien évidemment le couple phare qui est mis en avant. Zed, on le disait, veut marquer l’Histoire et aider les siens à être mieux vus par les humains. Il a toujours un bon cœur et se veut bien plus réfléchi et calme que dans les deux premiers films. Addison quant à elle va être plus approfondie et on va découvrir ses origines. Une idée intéressante même si classique qui permet de l’étoffer davantage et de la rendre plus attachante. On regrette juste qu’elle évolue trop vite. Les loups-garous sont toujours présents en se voulant combattifs avec leur côté sauvage mais contrôlé. Les nouveaux sont donc les aliens, même si on n’en suivra que trois. Télépathes, dénués de de sentiments, ils sont assez bien conçus comme espèce qui veulent juste rentrer chez eux et doivent cacher leurs vraies intentions pour mieux réussir. La grosse surprise vient de la réalisation. Le budget de Disney+ est sûrement plus conséquent que pour un Disney Channel et ça se ressent grandement à l’image. Les décors sont plus grands, mieux construits et variés. On a aussi droit à de nombreux effets visuels mais vraiment bien convaincants, loin du rendu raté des opus précédents. On est plutôt déçu en revanche des costumes des aliens qui sont trop simplistes. On retrouve aussi la particularité des discussions face caméra des personnages. Nous sommes devant une comédie musicale et il faut reconnaître qu’on a sans doute là la meilleure bande originale de la trilogie. Les chansons sont pour la grande majorité vraiment bonnes particulièrement Alien invasion » et I’m finally me et et proposent de belles mélodies mention spéciale à Someday , que ce soit le hip hop ou plus intimiste. Zombies 3 est l’opus le plus varié de la saga et le plus abouti.

Synopsis Disney's "ZOMBIES" is a music- and dance-filled story set in the fictitious world of Seabrook, a cookie-cutter community brimming with perky conformity 50 years after a zombie apocalypse. Today, the zombies pose no threat but are required to live in Zombietown, an isolated, rundown community infused with their unique creative spirit. When zombies are finally allowed to enroll in Seabrook High School, the charming, charismatic zombie Zed, who is determined to play football, meets freshman Addison who dreams of being a cheerleader – the ultimate form of status in Seabrook. Addison takes a lot of flak for befriending Zed and his zombie friends but comes to learn that zombies and cheerleaders aren't so different after all. Zed and Addison work together to show Seabrook what they can achieve when they embrace their differences and celebrate what makes them a community.[1] Plot Fifty years ago in the planned community of Seabrook, an accident at the Seabrook Power Plant resulted in an explosion which caused half the population of Seabrook to turn into brain-eating zombies. Those that weren't affected constructed a wall to quarantine the zombies from the rest of Seabrook in a territory called Zombietown. The government later created bracelets for zombies, called Z-Bands, that deliver soothing electromagnetic pulses to keep zombies from craving brains. In the present day, zombie students from Zombietown transfer to the human high school, Seabrook High, where suburban life is filled with uniformity, traditions, and pep rallies. Zed introduces himself to the viewers as he walks them through life in Zombietown, his sister Zoey who can't have a dog, and his father Zevon while making plans to join the football team. On the other side of the fence, Addison introduces herself to the viewers as she tells them of her cheer camp experience and reveals that she wears a wig to hide her naturally white hair, since nothing will stick to it and the residents of Seabrook are against anything different. Her parents are Missy, the mayor of Seabrook, and Dale, the Chief of the Zombie Patrol which keeps the zombies in line. She also has a cousin named Bucky who leads her school's cheerleading team. The two respective sides of town both dance in excitement for the first day, with Addison and Zed leading the groups "My Year". Addison soon runs into another aspiring cheerleader named Bree, and they head to cheer tryouts. Tryouts are led by Bucky and his crew, where they dismiss and humiliate other prospective cheerleaders "Fired Up". Addison and Zed meet in a Zombie Safe Room and they start talking. When Addison realizes that Zed is a zombie, she punches him in the face but later regrets it, and the two become friends and soon fall in love. The star-crossed lovers, keep their love a secret, but Zed's friends, Eliza and Bonzo, come to know of it soon. To win football games, Zed makes Eliza hack into his Z-Band to make him 'a little more zombie'. This leads to severe pain on his wrist and rashes on that area. Bucky becomes jealous that Zed is getting more attention than him, and makes sure Addison and Zed can't talk. The pair find some time together, and wonder about the future when their blooming relationship could be normal "Someday". Addison is invited by Zed to attend the zombie party in Zombietown with Eliza and Bonzo "BAMM". During the trip there, Addison meets Zoey who mentions that the zombies can't have pets. Eliza takes Zoey home while Addison and Zed share a moment in the "zombie park", which is just a garden of lights ["Someday Reprise"]. Before the pair can kiss, the party is crashed by the Zombie Patrol, and Addison is taken home by Zombie Patrol member Gus. At home, Missy and Dale find out that she has a new crush and advise her not to do any cheering until they know who it is, not knowing that the crush is a zombie. On the big football match day, Addison tells Zed about her parents wanting to meet him, but insists that they would never accept Zed. Bucky finds out about Zed's Z-Band hack and has his followers Stacey, Tracey and Lacey steal Eliza's laptop to hack the Z-Bands. Before Homecoming, Addison insists to her parents that they don't want to meet her date, but is surprised when Zed shows up on her doorstep looking human. He and Addison leave her house and go on a date, where he admits he's been messing with his Z-band, Addison tells him that it is the others that have to change, not them. Following the incident, Zed, Eliza, and Bonzo are returned to Zombietown. Addison states to the viewers that Bucky is changing the line-up for the cheer squad. Bucky is then shown cutting three members from his cheerleading group due to them sympathizing with the zombies. On the day of the cheerleader competition, Addison and Bree find Zed and Bonzo trying to stop Eliza from sabotaging the competition, and after Eliza talks with her friends, she realizes that doing so is not the right thing to do. Bucky's team is failing because they do not have enough members, so Zoey tries to get in and help him. At first, Zoey is booed by the crowd, but with help from Addison and Zed, the zombies and cheerleaders come together to make a cheer routine during the Cheer competition. Zed and Addison tell each other they love each other. Later, everyone has a block party at Zombietown. As Zoey finally gets her dog, the zombies and humans mingle with each other freely. Ranging from the obsession with cheering, to the inability to accept anything outside the normal and the fact there's nothing but vanilla at ice cream shops. Its very likely the reason Seabrook's football team never has any good players is because all the best athletic male students become cheerleaders instead. The coach notes his team has been terrible non-stop, to the point he just recruits whoever tries out. The coach clearly is very bad at his job, as he is unable to devise a proper game plan for his team. The fact there's nothing but vanilla at the Seabrook ice cream shop is subtle joke at the metaphor use of vanilla, which refers to someone or something so bland that they are forgettable. Zed and Eliza's tinkering with the Z-bands shows that a zombie can become more human if they turned up the soothing waves; this is what allowed Zed to pose as a human later in the film. When Bucky sabotages the Z-bands, Eliza correctly points out how zombies are getting the blame when it was his fault they went berserk. Why zombies were being allowed to attend human school albeit in the fact they were being taught in the school basement was never addressed. Both the principal and the mayor Addison's mother show absolute disdain for zombies, leaving it very confusing as to who set up the idea. The film has the theme of fighting against racism. This is the second DCOM to have a "The End" card after Adventures in Babysitting Production Production on the film began in May 2017.
